Building a home is one of the most significant projects you'll ever take on. At Meridian Contractors, we bring the same rigour and programme discipline we apply to large commercial schemes to every residential build – no shortcuts, no surprises.
Scope of work
We work from RIBA Stage 4 technical drawings through to practical completion – coordinating all trades, managing the programme and maintaining quality throughout. We're experienced across a range of project values, from single-plot builds to multi-unit residential schemes.

How we approach it
We know that building a home involves a significant amount of trust. Our approach is to establish that trust early – by being straightforward about costs, honest about timescales and consistent in how we communicate. You'll have a named project manager from day one who understands your project in detail and keeps you informed at every stage. We use directly employed tradespeople wherever possible, which gives us tighter control over quality and programme. All works are fully documented and signed off at each stage before we move on.
