Nathan Joce
Managing Director
Nathan leads Meridian Contractors with over 10 years' experience in design, sales and project management across the residential and commercial construction industry. He has overseen projects up to £1m in value and takes a personal interest in every project the business undertakes, ensuring clients receive a level of care that goes beyond just getting the job done.
David Mason
Design Director
David brings a decade of experience in residential and commercial design to the Meridian team, with a keen understanding of how spaces need to work as well as look. He oversees the design direction on every project, working closely with clients to make sure the finished result truly reflects their vision.
David Meaney
Structural Engineer
With over 20 years of experience across both residential and commercial projects, David combines a deep understanding of structural principles with a genuine eye for detail. His involvement ensures every Meridian project is built on solid foundations — literally and figuratively.
Steve Tilly
Project Manager
Steve brings a wealth of practical knowledge in joinery and carpentry, alongside strong skills in site management and project coordination. His hands-on approach and methodical thinking keep Meridian's builds running smoothly from groundworks through to handover.
