How we approach it
Renovation and extension work requires careful management – particularly in occupied properties. We plan our programme around your schedule, protect finished areas as work progresses and keep the site clean and safe throughout. Costs are agreed in full before work starts, with any variations documented and signed off before they're carried out. We're comfortable working alongside architects, structural engineers and interior designers on more complex schemes, or taking direction more directly from a client who has a clear brief but no formal design support.
