From first conversation to final handover

Step 1

We start by visiting you. We want to understand your project properly – your goals, your vision, your budget, and your timeline. This gives us everything we need to give you an accurate, honest quote.

There's no cost or commitment at this stage. We just want to make sure we're the right fit for your project.

Step 2

Once you're happy to proceed, our design team gets to work. We'll develop drawings, space plans, and a full specification for your project. This is your opportunity to refine the design, choose materials, and ensure everything aligns with your vision.

For commercial clients, we can present to stakeholders and provide all the documentation required for board-level approval.

Step 3

Before a single tool is picked up, we make sure everything is in order – health & safety documentation, building regulations, planning permissions, landlord approvals (where applicable), and all necessary insurances.

We'll walk you through the programme schedule so you understand the key dates and milestones before we sign contracts. No surprises.

Step 4

Work begins. Your dedicated project manager will be your single point of contact throughout – keeping you informed, managing the site, and making sure everything stays on schedule and on budget.

We carefully sequence every element of the build to prevent delays, and conduct quality checks throughout. Any issues are dealt with swiftly.
