Construction Services

Construction project management that actually delivers

Not every client wants a full design & build contract. Sometimes what a project needs is an experienced construction professional in your corner – someone who knows the industry, can hold contractors to account, and keeps your programme and budget from drifting.

Scope of work

We act as your representative on site - attending progress meetings, reviewing contractor outputs and ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with the contract and specification. At handover, we manage the snagging process and ensure all documentation is properly in order.

  • Pre-construction planning and contractor procurement
  • Programme and budget management
  • Site attendance and progress reporting
  • Quality assurance and inspections
  • Health & safety compliance oversight
  • Snagging, handover and documentation

How we approach it

Good project management in construction is largely about anticipation – identifying risks before they become problems, keeping contractors accountable to programme and ensuring that decisions are made at the right time. We provide clear, regular reporting so you always know where your project stands on cost and programme. Where issues arise – and on any construction project they will – we deal with them directly and keep you informed without unnecessary escalation. Our team has over ten years' experience working across commercial and residential sectors, and we understand how to get results from contractors while keeping the working relationship professional.
