Recruitment Agencies/ Head Hunters 

The following applies to all recruitment agencies and head hunters that send CVs or profiles of candidates, whether directly or indirectly, to any individual working for or on behalf of Meridian, or to any of its sites or offices, whether via post, email, LinkedIn and any other method of communication.

Meridian only accepts CVs and profiles of candidates from its preferred list of suppliers and only where Meridian has instructed the services from you in writing. In all other circumstances, any candidate information submitted to Meridian will not have been deemed to have been introduced by you to Meridian. You will not be able to claim that you were the original introducer should a candidate be employed by Meridian at a future date and therefore no fee in respect of the candidate will be payable by Meridian.

Any recruitment agencies that deal with Meridian shall comply fully with The Recruitment & Employment Confederation “Good Recruitment Charter”.
