We handle the full construction phase across all commercial property types – new builds, structural alterations, fit-outs and large-scale refurbishments. Where design input is needed, we can lead that process. Where a design team is already in place, we work to your specification.

How we approach it
Before a spade goes in the ground, we invest time in understanding the brief properly – the programme, the budget, any constraints on the site or building. A dedicated project manager is appointed at the outset and remains your single point of contact throughout. We manage subcontractors and suppliers directly, maintain a live programme and provide regular written updates so there are no surprises. Where works are carried out in or around an occupied building, we plan around your operation and keep disruption to a minimum.
